A dark-haired eighteen year-old girl flashed her ID to the folks at the door, as well as her pass that stated that she was with the LET LOOSE tour. The guards let her by without a fuss. Good. She needed to lay back and cause some racket, because that was what she was good at. And a good swig of some trusty whiskey or wine would simply make her night. She and her band had been rehearsing all day, and quite frankly those were one of the things that she hated to do. Being trapped all day in some friggin' recording studio got her all wound up, and it only caused that much bigger of a hangover the next morning. Did this girl care? No, not really. Kimi was here to party, and she was gonna get a party.
"Get me a shot of whiskey before I friggin' blow this joint," Kimi ordered the bartender as soon as she got in. Lights were flashing everywhere, in all different colors. It was enough to make her head swim. Tonight she was wearing a pair of skinny jeans and a low-cut red blouse she'd bought before heading out here. Her dark hair was left flowing down around her neck, and her sapphire blue eyes skimmed the dance floor. There weren't too many people out there yet, but she gave it an hour. People couldn't resist dancing. Kimi couldn't either, when she was drunk enough not to know the difference between dancing and standing still.
The drink came quickly, and Kimi practically threw the liquid down her throat before she even really thought about it. It burnt on its way down her throat, and the young woman relished in the feeling of it. Alcohol had its way of burning away any pain or strife... and to her it was a way of life. Hey, she thought cheerfully. That rhymed. Gotta write it down when I can get home... if I can remember it. She snorted and asked for another shot of whiskey. She sat herself down at the bar and looked around, looking for someone who could keep her occupied. Girl, boy, she didn't care.
Work put her in a partying mood. Some might call her insane, and other mght think of her as idiotic. Kimi didn't really care what others thought about her, and shot down that whiskey as soon as the bartender handed it back to her. Ugh, she really needed to get drunk. Screw having a hangover the next morning. She needed an escape, and she needed it now. Alcohol was the only way out of that - it was the only way she knew. Kimi shouted when a new song came on, a song she knew. Obviously she didn't get up to dance, but she began bouncing her head to the beat. Where was that third shot of whiskey?

"Get me a Corona before I friggin' lose my mind," as Hanna ordered the bartender as soon as she got in. Lights were flashing everywhere, in all different colors. It was enough to make her head swim.
