personality traits:Simple traits are hard for her. The girl counteracts herself.
For the most part she is brutally honest, outgoing, opinionated, apathetic, withdrawn, head strong, impulsive, and bitchy.
history:San Jose, California was where it all began. Her father the jock and her mother the cheerleader, it really wasn't such a good idea to get knocked up at sixteen. A murderer she had been labeled. This jock wasn't only out for a piece of ass and some weed. He truly did love Adrienne's mother. And that fact itself is what drove him to insanity when she died on the hospital bed.
Twins, the girl had twins. Rafe and Adrienne. Partners of the crime. Taking his children and raising them resentfully with his parents for a while, it wasn't until the children were two years of age when their drunken father decided it would be okay to kill them. Of course that didn't happen. Grandma and Grandpa were quick to put their son in jail, though going to court resulted only in house arrest and counseling. It's safe to say it was a while before Jakob got any sort of diploma.
Not allowed to see his children, Adriee and Rafe grew up with their grandparents, thinking only that their father was on vacation. No it wasn't bad at all; the household was loving and the twins weren't really denied much of anything. Yes, yes. Quite amazing I know. At twelve however, daddy made his return. A new man, right? Right. Things were great. For a few years at least. Like, four. Sixteen, pretty, and defiant. Oh Adrienne got it from her father as he slid back into alcohol abuse. Resembling her mother entirely, Adrienne was easily mistaken as her by the intoxicated man. Rafe walked in as it almost happened, drawn by his sister's cries- in short he put the man in coma.
Rafe was sent to a youth correctional facility, putting Adrienne in a lackluster mood. Worried for her health, her grandparents sent her to live with her aunt in Utah- that's when a more heavy lifestyle set in.
She was incredibly smart. As withdrawn as she had found herself to be, with a lack of friends and proper social skills she devoted most of her time to music and studying her academics. When she turned seventeen however, a boy that had taken interest in her convinced the girl to go on a date with him. Vincent Creed, a dark boy with large aspirations wooed Adrienne into being his girlfriend, and his guitarist. Formerly she had been a photographer for his band.
Another Way to Listen. She was never big on the name but she was big on Creed. The band had already been around for three years and so they were pretty popular when she took over the former guitarists position. Around that time she also lost her virginity to Creed, finding herself to be completely in love with the boy. But one night before the end of a tour, not feeling like getting drunk she went to the bus early before her band mates. When everyone but Creed returned Adrienne began to get paranoid of what might have happened to him... and found him screwing a merch girl in another bus. Needless to say, the band was going to lose a member, and Creed ended up backing out on his own.
Wanting to stick with the band however, Adrienne remained, graduating high school with only aspirations of hitting it big with the music industry and getting in touch with Rafe again.

hello! my name is malaree! and i'm excited to be here. i've been roleplaying for about six years now. other characters on this site that belong to me are pending. my time zone is eastern. and that's all you need to know about me! oh, and this is what an average post for me looks like:
The Frost Residence? Rumor has it that place is haunted.
As soon as Adrienne had heard about the place she immediately looked into its whereabouts. The paranormal had always fascinated her, just like chocolate for a fat kid. Or maybe fast food if the said fat kid didn't like chocolate, which could be a possibility. Despite how skinny she was Adrienne didn't enjoy chocolate in the least bit, so why would every fat kid enjoy it? Hell, why would a fat kid enjoy anything? Maybe the kid was fat due to a disorder, in which case whatever obsession the kid had was like Adrienne's fixation for the paranormal. And she wanted to get this "Jack Frost" guy on camera.
And so there she was, armed with her black Sony digital camera at the beginning of the house's lawn. Kain stood at her side held by a black collar and leash, walking with her for the sake of company. Now the house wasn't way too far from her house on Blackberry avenue, however with the thought that she could still get lost- again, Kain also served another purpose. As a people attractor there was no way that everyone would avoid her and not tell her the way home. After all, who could resist a darling little German Shepperd puppy? No one, that was who. Especially mothers with little kids. And with the sun only just rising on a lovely Saturday morning there was bound to be plenty of victims walking the streets by the time she was done at the haunted house.
Adrienne's overall appearance was normal to her. Though her aunt called her "scary" she never paid much mind to the opinion- after all, she also thought Kain was going to get big and take off a child's head or something. But that was just issues with a personal experience and a lovely imagination. Besides, she was married to a man more than twice her age with a large sum of money. There was no way her mind was in its right place.
Despite the humidity Adrienne was dressed in a pair of faded black jeans that flared at the foot and combat boots. Her upper-half was adorned in a white shirt that read: "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win." -Mohandas Gandhi", made out of fabric that she had cut and sewn on to the already tight-fitting Hanes shirt. In her left hand was the leash, in the right her camera. Raven tresses of hair had been straightened and lay free passing her shoulders, the only makeup on her face being a thin layer of eyeliner.
For one reason or another she had contented herself to just staring at the house before actually approaching it. No, she wasn't afraid, just curious. It was obvious to the sight that the house was old and unkempt. It probably didn't receive much visitation from people either- surprisingly people were generally afraid of what they couldn't see. But what was some ghost going to do anyway? Eat you? Yeah. Right. Though it would be an amusing sight to see someones appendages getting ripped off from nothing. Or perhaps that was just Adrienne's dry humor seeping through as a grin came along at the thought.
Her index finger moved to the power button on the camera strapped to her wrist and then her hand grasped the contraption into a soft grip. Slowly her arm rose and her gaze turned from the house to the screen showing an image of the house with the sun rising beside it. It was a few minutes before she had actually decided to take the picture- Adrienne was a perfectionist with her photography and always had to position it until she liked what she was seeing. Possibly a reason why people didn't like to model much for her.
A low growl and high-pitched barks shattered the sound of nothing however, compliments to Kain for breaking the silence. A soft sigh passed her lips and she tugged gently at his leash, firm words exiting next, "Shut up, Kain."
He didn't heed her words however- he was just a puppy after all. He loved to bark at random strangers. Adrienne crouched down next to the barking whelp and with her right hand clasped his mouth shut, causing a soft whimper. His brown gaze found her own, tail wagging for reasons unknown to her causing a slight grin to erupt at the corners of her mouth. Letting go of his muzzle she took to stroking the dog softly.
"You know. I don't need you attracting attention just yet, silly."
